It's already possible and happening now in our London Borough. You can't park them outside designated parking bays, some of which were former car spaces.

If you were a good English teacher you'd know that apostrophes are more to do with orthography (standardised system of writing) than grammar (language structure and rules/sentence formation etc)

Wow, had never seen that article before. Thankfully the path got built and is wonderful. I can remember daily trips with my then 7yo on our bikes during the first Covid lockdown 5 years ago!
