Poa, der Duft!
"Kiftsgate" wächst vor meiner Küche und einige ihrer Blüten sind jetzt direkt vor der Tür aufgeblüht. Der Duft kommt durch die Küche und den Flur bis ins Wohnzimmer und mischt sich da mit dem des in Vollblüte stehenden Holunders.

Maibeeren (Lonicera caerulea var. kamtschatica) aka Honigbeeren.

Die haben sich ein paar Jahre Zeit gelassen, bis sie losgefruchtet haben. Aber: die gibts in keinem Supermarkt, denn das Pflücken ist ziemlich fiddelig.

Exotische Obstbäume in Niedersachsen -> Pawpaws
Stamm eines Pawpawbaums (die selbstfruchtbare Sorte Prima 1612, gepflanzt im Dezember 2018. Die ersten Früchte habe ich 2023 geerntet), mit Seitenästen, Blättern und einer einzelnen, späten Blüte. Seitenäste, Blätter und noch winzige Früchte eines Pawpawbaums. Im Hintergrund die Stämme einer Felsenbirne Zwei winzige Pawpaw Sämlinge (oder eventuell Wurzelausläufer meiner "großen" Pawpaw). Links daneben Erdbeerpflanzen, im Hintergrund Hostas.

Wenn die Ramblerrosen blühen, kommen die Rosenkäfer.

Hier: Ghislaine de Feligonde, die seit März 2019 eine kränkliche Sauerkirsche erklimmt und damit aufhübscht. Von dem Baum schwingt sie sich hinüber ins Himbeergerüst und von da aus in die Süßkirsche.

Die Süßkirsche hat komische Blüten 😉
Ich hab im März 2019 den Rambler Paul's Himalayan Musk an meine Kirsche gepflanzt und dieses Jahr ist er endlich "auf dem Dach der Welt" angekommen. Fast, jedenfalls. Die letzten 3m wird er wohl diesen Sommer packen.

Mehrjähriger Lauch und andere mehrjährige Gemüse. Kirschen- und andere Steinobsbäume, Säulenäpfel, Kakibäume, Heidelbeeren, Maibeeren, mehrjähriger Lauch, Hostas, Erdbeeren, und der leckerste Spargel der Welt.
