In the realm of fiction, I greatly enjoyed The Vorrh Trilogy by Brian Catling. Like Alan Moore, he weaves real characters into his fictional story lines. And his English is so very enjoyable. Originally a successful sculptor, amazingly the Vorrh was his first novel, written at the age of 70

The human body has recently captured my attention in a way that previously only computers have. So, this year, I finally read my uncle's Color Atlas of Physiology. It's great to understand how my body works
