On the subject of shaming nudity and body parts, we were surprised to learn that German word for 'labia' (Schamlippen) literally translates as 'shame lips'.

As Jane proudly shows here, women's genitalia (vulva, including labia and clitoris) are beautiful and not shameful in any way.

It's natural to be naked. Our nakedness is not shameful in any way.

We were born that way!

"We shouldn’t be shamed for our nudity or those parts of our bodies associated with bringing forth life. Neither should we be ashamed of how we make that new life in joy and love.

They are the most natural things in all the world."

Jane xx

"Much of the time it wasn't raining, but then it wasn't exactly not raining either!

Underfoot, all was wet, with huge puddles and mud on the trail. Wellies were essential.

On either side of the path, dense dark forest stretched into the distance." - Jane describing her forest walk in her blog.

Thank you.

We're not advocating a naturist lifestyle suits everyone, but we do enjoy living clothes free whenever possible, preferably when doing things in nature.

When we hide our bodies under clothes, we merely conform to our prudish society's notion that our bodies are shameful.

As a proudly body positive couple, we both feel that our naked bodies are not shameful in any way.

We were born that way, so that's how we prefer to live our lives together.

Jane was well prepared for the really wet and muddy paths on our clothes free walk through the woods today.

She proudly wore her pink wellies and a big smile - the latest stylish autumn fashion!

Although we hadn't really planned to be naked for our 'Wednesday Walk', we found we were over-dressed at the start of today's walk.

As it was much milder than we had expected, we decided to go without clothes and walk through the forest, as nature intended.

Jane only wore her pink wellies!

Being 'offended' by nipples and nudity says more about the viewers prudish psychology, preferring to be 'offended' than to 'show respect'.
November 4, 2025 at 8:29 AM
How many times have we heard people comment "Have some respect", when it comes to nudity, a hint of a nipple or even the clothes we wear.

Indeed, if someone chooses to be persinally 'offended', we really might as well be naked!

Today, Jane and I are celebrating our 10th Wedding Anniversary

In that special day, I made a promise - 'With this ring, I thee wed...for this hour, for this day, for this Lifetime!'

That promise will last forever and ever....naturally!

It's that time of the year again
...pink wellies time (for Jane) on our autumnal woodland walks.

Good for them we say - there's wrong with that. Sadly, from our own experience of being naked in public, prudes will often often use the ignorant 'what about the children' excuse to justify their objections.

Jane looks so sweet and innocent cuddling her teddy bear friend.

Clothed-ftee is by far the best way to go cycling.....naturally!

Foraging as nature intended.

Spotting so many mushrooms on our recent woodland walks, reminded us of the first time Jane and I went naked foraging as a group, led by our wonderful friend Colin @freewilders.bsky.social, a few autumns ago.

More recently, Col has published his book 'The Naked Forager'.

Some days in Autumn are indeed still ok for naturist forages. This pic was taken on a dull November day in 2019 when we were on the first naked forage with Col.

As we have previously mentioned, as long as we're actively moving and working a sweat, when acclimatising to the cold outdoors then it is indeed possible to enjoy outdoor naturism for a while, even on colder, snowy days.

When our naked hiking landscape is this amazing, it's even more magical!

Here's one of my pics of last night's sunset.

We love being clothes free outdoors as we feel much more connected to our natural environment.

Wearing clothes in outdoor environments diminishes that natural connection and freedom.

It's always great to meet accepting passers by whenever we walk naked.
This photo of us was taken by a couple we met on one of our walks.

We explained that we are naturists. They loved how comfortable and normal we looked on our walk.
