Free breakfast / lunch for kids in public school was implemented in 1964 in Chile and there is a full govmt agency in charge (JUNAEB) at national level. They manage the logistics for bringing fresh, healthy and safe food at every school, everyday, dealing with suppliers to make it at lowest cost.

In Chile there is a popular sport club called Deportes Palestino that was founded by Palestinean inmigrants in 1920. Palestina was a country way before Israel even existed.
