I’m doing great now, but in the midst of it I was in an overthinking rut! But I came out of it more clear headed and all of a sudden I am motivated to switch up my diet and be more healthy 😍

To all the Virgos out there, kudos to you. Being the embodiment of spirit takes courage and a willingness to look at, transmute and integrate every toxic trait we’ve absorbed.

Yet, Virgo’s energy is no easy ride. Overthinking, analysing, refining - my mind has been buzzing nonstop. I know I’m not alone in this.

Deep in the loneliness of my shadows, I remembered the light. A light that has been there all along. Virgo guided me back to it.

The past few months has been miraculous - but not always easy. Old stagnations have risen to the surface, and at times, the energy has felt heavy.
