Huge (and well deserved) congratulations!

I direct a doctoral program in biomedical research, and two students who just received their PhDs have had prestigious fellowships cancelled - one at the CDC and the other a Fulbright. The Administration says "cherish our geniuses," but a generation of dedicated scientists may be decimated.
