Love this policy. Make antivaxxing as painful for the antivaxxers as it is for the rest of rational society.
I hate our health insurance situation in the U.S. but if insurers charge smokers more because they increase healthcare costs, anti-vaxxers should face the same reality. And nations have every right to require vaccination as a condition of entry.
