4️⃣ We explore how rabies vaccines could integrate into routine immunisation (e.g., EPI) and define optimal alert thresholds & restocking volumes to help policymakers improve supply chain planning.

3️⃣ Decentralizing vaccines enhances access but can strain resources & increase vial use. Balancing accessibility with efficiency is key.

2️⃣ Switching to intradermal (ID) administration can cut vial use by 55% while also reducing stockout risks during demand surges. That's supply chain resilience!

Using data from Tanzania & comparative insights from Kenya, we find that:
1️⃣ Rabies PEP demand is highly unpredictable—some districts experience surges >10x the monthly average! Unlike routine vaccines, supply chains must be resilient to these fluctuations.
