What are they going to do when they end DEI all together and still have more people of color that are qualified above my color of people? Who they going to blame next?

My company switched from BCBS to UnitedHealthcare this year. My WHOLE treatment plan had to be scrapped and I’m not going to get what was working back. F UH. Luigi had a reason.
