Eg in topics of #birth avoiding posts from the Labor Party 😅 or in #parenthood exclude your thanksgiving family dinner rant post

Is there life after burnout? I encountered #burnout and early #depression last year during my 1st trimester of pregnancy and to this day still suffer with anxiety symptoms taking over my mind and body. I want to be myself again… has anyone overcome this? How? 😞🙏
