Maybe you should stop defaulting anyone doing things online as having English as their first language (also, native speakers make mistakes too)
It's a very nasty mindset that tends to alienate other people.
If you only want to interact with native speakers I suggest you to interact with people irl.

Actually there *is* a small frazione (literally 'fraction', meaning a little village or hamlet outside of a bigger town that falls under the administration of the town) that is named Sesso, it's in Reggio Emilia –and also alternatively called 'Villa Sesso'–
