I love this book. It gives me a framework to examine many questions that I've struggled to form.

When I'm working, I listen to international radio for human company, but w/o excess distraction, because I don't understand the words.

Today I spent an hour listening to a Pyongyang music station. It was even worse than I expected. Now I'm listening to Glasgow talk radio in Gàidheal. Much better.

I prefer to pursue joy than to evade sorrow. But dang, there's something fun about doing both at the same time. Today I updated my "Phil died. Now what?" files so that my loved ones will have an easier time managing my estate if I pass before they do. Woot!
