After success from the garden, I emptied the trap at work, and waiting for me at the entrance of the trap was a Small Marbled. Also, in the trap was some small early instar caterpillars but struggling with ID, if anyone help? #teammoth #migrantmothuk

A few days away in Eastern Scotland birding, first to fife with a Little Gull, Corn Bunting. Up in the mountains a great view of a WTE and Red Grouse. A day at Girdle Ness caught with the Marsh Warbler and finding a Sab Gull. A bonus on the way back with the Western Sand at Maidens. #BirdingScotland

An exceptional breezy day around Glenshee was better viewing the plants than birds, with most of the birds keeping their head down. Finally, a Red Grouse flew across the car park. But the day was saved when this cracking WTE drifted across unbothered by the wind #birdingscotland
