Today, my granddaughter asked if she could do my eyelashes… and of course, I said yes! Here’s the fabulous result of her hard work. Supporting kids creativity is always worth it. ❤️

The Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1965 is gone. But why was it created in the first place? Have we truly achieved equality in employment? Who decided we no longer need it? If this is what ‘Making America Great Again’ means, taking us back to pre-1965, what’s next on the agenda?
