ICE is dependent on aviation to transport detainees throughout the world
ICE does not own its own planes: it contracts with private air charter companies to help transport detainees
They fly approximately 8,000 flights annually on the agency’s behalf, transporting over 100,000 individuals.

The House voted to defund NPR and PBS. Caving to Trump’s request to claw back $1.1 billion in already-approved funding for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which supports public-media stations across the country. Without this funding, the future of many of these stations is in doubt.
