I have had a medical bills over whelm me for all of my adult life. Sick kids, one child broke leg, that bill was 60,000 a month in hospital, and that was in the 80's. Another needed transplant surgery. 200,000. Not counting my own medical needs. Even with insurance I owe 2,000 now.
