I get my therapy thru the nhs so i kinda just have to be fine with whoever im given, which so far has been a rly mixed bag. Im getting assessed for adhd/bpd/cptsd and im autistic and trans so i think they think im too complicated. Its so frustrating. Im sorry youre also dealing w it :((
