100% true. My life got infinitely better as an artist once people started leaving more comments. It's SO encouraging, you all LITERALLY kept me going.

replies felt weirdly discouraged on twitter (at least to me) but I really recommend getting back into the habit of telling artists directly when you like their stuff. not even in an engagement farming way, it just feels nice. nobody's day is going to be worse hearing that you like their work

ok im gonna use this to rant a sec, my art got reposted by a normal random account and i was like ok... whatever... they arent claiming it has theirs cause they dont draw... BUT IT GOT MORE VIEWS ??? Like?? why does my art get seen more in a random account than on my page? am i like shadow banned?
