So the Supreme Court would be saying the constitution doesn't allow using race to protect districts, but race can be used to eliminate them. Those minorities will just have to lift themselves by their bootstraps and convince white Republicans to not just vote for the R.

When I saw the list of 9 schools, I knew immediately that the University of Texas would sign up without hesitation. I can see this administration making this same deal to other SEC schools and receiving no resistance

Basically any time a radical Trump administration rule is upheld by an appeals court, you can pretty much guarantee the judges that agree to it are Trump appointees. Like frickin' clockwork!
