The thing is, I don't know of it is neurological. My mom and I both have this, but I'm the one who's seizure prone. I got the seizures from my dad, who doesn't have this. If you're feeli.g dizzy out of nowhere and unable to focus, it could definitely be neurological.

I've experienced something similar to the reddit post, actually. It's sudden for me, but instead of a hazy memory, it's a vivid "I have seen this before" moment. It's brief, and usually comes with this impending doom sort of feeling. One of mine even had a panic attack follow right after it.
