Also, hope you wrote to the show and let them know how you felt. I wrote to them 8 times as I was listening. I write to them all the time with my views and opinions. AND it seems so did a lot of disgruntled Canadians. Ian noted people were angry and a few FB pages I follow...lots of unhappy ppl!

Fair enough, but it's not so much how Americans 'feel' it's more to get 'our' views across. 170 stations, is valuble reach. And on our side it's a Canadian show, on their side NPR is American! It's good to be angry about this. It's infuriating!

Yes it was useful to hear from Americans. How sketchy they are on this. Some are aware some are not. It's a big thing to us but clearly not on all their radar.
