I called his Phoenix office this morning (602 671-7901) at 8:01am MST and I was able to get through to leave a voicemail. His staff must have cleared out his voicemail box last night.

I'm an AZ resident. I called all three of Senator Kelly's offices yesterday (DC, Phoenix, and Tucson) and all voicemail boxes were full (Crazy!). However, I called again this morning and I was able to leave a message.
