Agency staff tried to shift some routes to serve the newest TC, but pushback from riders and the popularity of FLTC for connections caused them to drop their plans, leaving Mill Plain TC a deserted Vine terminus plus the few routes that serve it.

Eastside Vancouver's transit hubs keeps shifting eastwards to keep up with ongoing development in that side of the city: first it's Evergreen TC (now abandoned), then Fisher's Landing TC (still heavily used), and finally Mill Plain TC (the newest).

a different agency operates the bus where their segment was cancelled as the previous operator was really unreliable with frequent cancelled trips. hopefully this new operator is more reliable.

i think the portland-tillamook bus serves 185th/tanasbourne area, and that portion of the route is free as well
