Maybe you could consider the possibility that rising rates are a combination of broadened diagnosis and environmental toxins. Isn't the most important goal to determine the actual causes and not cling to predetermined assumptions?

Hydrocephalus (formerly water on the brain) is an actual medical condition that is effectively treated with shunts. It's not a behavioral disorder.

Picked one of those same things on a July 4th weekend in a brand new tire a few years ago. It cost me $400.00 to replace. The good news is that I drove work 3 nights in a row (nurse job) and the tire survived.

I don't disagree with you but I believe the situation requires more than one day of people not shopping. It's pretty easy to not shop for a week. I hate shopping, so I know it can be done
