I live in the UK and was wondering what ICE stood for.
After seeing all the bloodshed happening in the US, at the hands of these masked thugs, I can only imagine it means:

I live in the UK and I simply cannot understand what possesses these trumped up (intended) ICE agents to act so aggressively against law abiding US citizens.
