For me being outside in nature is the best way to reduce my anxiety and stress. It can’t make it all go but it helps

With the world being so effed up just now, it’s important to stop and appreciate the beauty that is Spring. If you live in a rural area, as I do, it’s too easy to overlook simple things in nature, so stop, take a moment and enjoy the outdoors
