Mono-green Seton would default be Bracket 2 unless you have cards like Gaea's Cradle. Bracket 3 uses up to 3 of those high power "game changers," bracket 4 has no limit and those decks try to maximize power/speed, and bracket 5 is max power in the current metagame (tournament level)

The bracket system is a guideline/starting point to help people have a level playing field. It focuses on high power cards and how fast your deck can win the game/generate overwhelming advantage. Bracket 2 is akin to kitchen table magic, but some decks punch above their weight class

I love the old cards like phantom nantuko. Depending on that playgroup, there's plenty of room to buck the meta in bracket 2
