like I don't think you have to engage real life morality at all. the characters think it's worth it to rebuild family bonds so they will. it doesn't have to be palatable to me, I'm not part of their family.

I think they were worried that the themes about it being possible to unfuck your family dynamics would not be served by including such dynamics as incest, abduction, power differentials, and age gaps, but at that point: why are you telling a story about the greek gods

honestly I think one of the game's weakest points is how it makes such a fuss about stepping around fucked up sexual dynamics. rather than just letting the story stand on its own. it feels insecure
