SCOTUS holds that the EPA *cannot* order cities to maintain acceptable water quality standards by limiting the discharge—usually sewage—that they dump into nearby bodies of water (like oceans and bays). The four women justices, dissenting, say that's ridiculous. www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/24p...

86 kids have also died of influenza this flu season so far.

It was really heartwarming! Many employees leaving for the day were clearly very emotional at the show of support.

To be more specific, they wanted me to craft a head out of construction paper and have this head have speech bubbles added to it each day to tell the facts but I don't have that kind of artistry in me.

This is not only an attempt to erase entire groups of people, it hobbles all work of public health if we can’t study how fundamental parts of human life - sex AND gender - impact health. This esp impacts not just trans people, but all women bc of a lack of focus on health issues specific to women.
