I can tell what kind of mood I'm in based on which song from Hazben I have stuck in my head. And then I can shift my mood by getting to the next part of the song or the song that comes after 🥰

I have been listening to season 1 on repeat, and when I listen to it so much that I can't think of anything else, I try to stop listening for a week or two, but then I wake up with the songs stuck in my head and I go to sleep with the songs stuck in my head.

Wow, that is amazing to consider an "inanimate" creation as something that can heal itself.
