Sen. John Kennedy on Epstein: "I just don't think this issue is gonna go away until it's addressed and answered to the American people's satisfaction. And I may end up with a Sombrero on my head for saying that, but that's the way I see it."

The whole "it's not pedophilia if the girl is 15" is a strong argument against parents' absolute control over children's lives. We can't be trusting the lives of children to people who think adult men deserve sexual access to adolescents.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene: "I wouldn't vote for Andrew Cuomo...All these women came out with these accusations against him which I found pretty disgusting. And then the Covid lockdowns and all the people's parents and grandparents who died in nursing homes."

ENOUGH! Plays to End Gun Violence at SBCT

I had some questions about things, so I've been doing more reading about Palestine/Israel/Hamas/Gaza Strip/West Bank/Anti-Semitism/Anti-Zionism. Here are a few pieces I read for understanding: And here are my thoughts about it. I didn't understand that conflict and factions enough, but after...wait for it...some research, I've come to a few thoughts about it:

This morning while eating my biscuits and gravy I noticed an individual walk in that looked familiar but couldn't remember from where. Finally, it came to me: I found him in my mailbox on a campaign mailer. I was in the same room as Congressman Rudy Yakym from Indiana's 2nd Congressional District. Oh, he doesn't want to be bothered. He's probably busy, I should leave him alone.

In the heart of downtown Plymouth, with a prime location on the main strip, is the Heartland Art Center. According the Society of Architectural Historians, the three-story building at 214 N Michigan St was originally opened in 1926 as the first-ever retail outlet store for Montgomery Ward. Nearly a century later, I had the chance to chat with Anna Kietzman, President of the Heartland Art Center.

The 49th annual event of this town with a population of less than 7,000 was everything I've heard it to be. Classic fair food trucks all over, carnival rides for the littles, vendors all over and around Main Street, and well, as expected, apple goodies for those who are willing to wait in line.

Hamilton and Me
Last weekend I took advantage of an opportunity and it helped clear some things up for me. 2025 marks the 10th anniversary of the musical Hamilton (HamtilTen, if you will), and I treated myself to the 9:40am showing where they have heated recliners in every seat. Straight up, I genuinely believe that Hamilton, whose book and lyrics are written by Lin-Manuel Miranda, music directed and supervised by Alex Lacamoire, choreographed by Andy Blankenbuehler, and directed by Thomas Kail, is the singular greatest musical written in my lifetime, possibly in history.
