Pastas, there are a few gf Mac & cheese types, bean pasta is great because it has protein. Gluten free oats like Bob’s red mill, any gf 1 to one flour, pancake mix, biscuit mix. Ther are Eve some ramen bowls with rice noodles. Cans of soup progresso has a few that are labeled gluten free.

Banza is perfect to donate, it has protein.
