Our dogs, cats and other pets are such a comfort during these difficult times but I worry about the impact that our current political and economic environment is having on them, too. Shelters are critically full due to the economic strain of pet owners unable to afford the care of their pets.

The irony of the Trump administration revoking security clearances for these attorneys as they relate to access to classified information is amazing. Trump seemed to have a rather benign view of the strict nature of classified document access quite recently.

Amazingly, this statement was from 2022! His current behavior is right in line with who he seems to have always been.

This will be appealed yet again. 🙄

And this man wants to preside over NC cases in a manner that doesn’t look prejudicial?

The Biden Administration did not create the humanitarian program for “dubious” reasons as Rep. Salazar states. 🙄

What real constraints are there on the executive branch? Trump et al didn’t comply with the 30 day notice of firing rule and “we’ll see” if they comply with rules regarding “nominating” new IGs? Congress has a role in this process and they’re being shut out. Are they just all in on authoritarianism?

I believe he ended up caving 😕

Ironic that he talks about an immigrant sexual predator as a threat to justify a change to the Trust Act while serving a sexual predator Republican president.

My God, could the anchor do her job and ask if he bases his decisions on “rumors?”
How about a follow-up question on where did he hear these rumors? Perhaps ask how he plans to seek concrete data?
