The plugin hybrid is basically an electric car with the option of using gas, but the batteries are much smaller than pure EVs. The hybrid Volt might get 50 miles on a battery while the fully electric Bolt will get around 250. Still, most of the time, you won't drive more than 50 miles in a day.

My mom has a Chevy Volt which is a plug-in gas/electric which is nice. She hasn't put gas in it for months. They replaced it with the Chevy Bolt which is pure electric.

Yeah. I think we all agree here. There is a messaging problem that needs to be addressed.

Some Americans are bigoted, but most are not. Many may feel like the Democratic party has lost its priorities (which is taking care of the basic needs of the middle and working class, first and foremost).

The narrative of hate isn't resonating with those who don't feel hateful, but feel unheard.
