Hah, I've made more progress in Tales of Symphonia. I'm in the part after that big event anyway. We'll definitely revisit Symphonia soon!

Eternal Darkness is such a great game! It's my favourite non-Nintendo GameCube game by far. Some of the mind-bending, metagame tricks are similar to but go above and beyond Psycho Mantis from MGS1. It's a truly memorable experience!

From the description in 'Fight, Magic, Items' it sounds like Phantasy Star 3 was more of a side story. That and the more somber art style turned fans off. PS4 was meant to be a return to form and continuation of 1 and 2. I'm looking forward to playing it!

I'm super jealous. Phantasy Star 4 has been taunting me for years. But I'm a masochist so I'll make myself play PS3 first. See you in a few years! 😭

Phantasy Star feels like it's having a moment right now. The PS TTRPG has been the #2 item on @drivethrurpg.com since its release. I've been enjoying the Phantasy Star and Rieko Kodama chapters in @aidanmoher.com 's Fight, Magic, Items book. Can a new single player PS game be coming. I hope so!
