Doctor: "Have you been drinking enough fluids lately?"

Me: "That's literally all I ever drink."

Last year I felt miserable and depressed, but this year so far I've managed to turn it around. Now I feel depressed and miserable.

People complain that the shops sell Christmas stuff too early but I can't believe they are selling birthday cakes already. My birthday isn't for ages!
