Hi Sarah! I know this building has been monitored for 40+ years, so management is very much aware (but doesn’t do anything afaik). It was certainly a horrific aligning of events for this to happen.

There are people who monitor this building regularly. We can also use condition of the deceased birds to tell how old they are. They all did indeed come from one single night/morning!

I’ve been birding since I was 4, and that passion has taken me to many places full of amazing people.

From my first bird jobs, being a part of an all-woman team to Brazil, & to even working in the Moore Lab of Zoology…I am so grateful!
