The barrier I see is not just technical (cost of moving data) but having clear sets of quality standards and log of bioinformatics tools used for analysis so that we can be clear about limitations. We store this all as well!

I agree, @genomicsengland.bsky.social are a real asset to the UK's #genomic infrastructure. Also the NHS Genomic Medical Service are running a Connectathon next week which we are participating in.

Would love to. Current focus is to work with enough providers to continue building a service which provides actual value for health. Open to ideas on how we could collaborate and support doing this with minimal resource
