Strange game this weekend. Goals: Rest key players and don’t get battered too heavily.

The morning after the night before. Had very little confidence going into the game but a great performance from Spurs to win in Frankfurt and through to the semis. That’s the first time Frankfurt haven’t scored at home in over a year. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 COYS!

Been semi-injured for the past few weeks but ran the Essex 20 yesterday and am feeling good today. It wasn’t fast, but it was importantly to prep for The Wall in June (70 miles from Carlisle Castle to Gateshead Quay). #RatRace #TheWall #Essex20

A decent performance from Spurs on Thursday against AZ. Stadium was a lot more up for it than the Bournemouth game…. Think we all accept the league is an afterthought now. Hugely happy for Wilson and Bergvall continues to impress. No idea what Tottenham will turn up against Fulham. 😳
