Not immediately but it does – you can apply for marriage green card and you’ll probably get it in a year or two.

I also think doxy pep is questionable from antibiotic resistance point of view (and there is still ongoing research), and doxy prep is absolutely terrifying (and not actually approved by CDC).

Doxy (just like hiv prep) does encourage (in a way) slutty behavior. And since it doesn’t protect against viral/some bacterial infections it does help (indirectly) to spread some diseases, while helping with others.
