I saw a photo of one shot through the front windshield but photos of no other shots holing that windshield. That seems to imply he shot, and perhaps killed her, from the side.

I can't imagine how fighting with ICE furthers any tactical or strategic goal. When you wrestle with a pig, you get muddy and they like it.

Physical resistance is also a new charge. Given the bungling liars may not be able to prove the offense justifying your seizure...and intelligent tactical move.
