As I said, the point is not make funcional: Is It a beautiful and appealing design? Is it realistic? I have helped to design 100 of commercial interior spaces, and I have to say that of course usability is the priority but without design it is a product boring and not appealing that does not sell.

True but the aim of the project is trying to create a realistic 3d modern apartament project, not to create a real versión for build. I am a polyfacetic 3d artist.
