I‘m back at Tulliallan. This time for a senior investigator course for Malawian and Zambian officers. The Malawi & Zambia program is Police Scotland’s flagship international program, funded by Scottish Government. Exciting to get to know the participants and to learn about their perspectives!

Over the the past two days, I attended a Norwegian police visit to Police Scotland, organized by the Norwegian Police Federation and focusing on equality & diversity questions. Interesting to think about why Norwegians go to PS to learn about this. My hunch is that it’s because they have a castle.
