A man’s freedom is still tied to a Jim Crow-era split jury system. Blocking relief for cases like this isn’t justice, it’s cruelty.

The ruling means taxpayer money can now flow to schools that require students to sign faith pledges. That crosses a line between religious freedom and church–state separation, and it’s troubling.
