One advantage to using Multiple Input (freehand and lasso) with lasso based tools in Clip Studio Paint is you don't have to hold down the Option/Alt key to make straight lines, and you can pan and scrubby zoom in the middle of a selection.
I use it here with the Lasso Fill tool.
