If everyone knew that the answer to yes or no questions in headlines is almost always NO, then these headlines wouldn't be so bad. They also wouldn't be click bait. Unfortunately they are click bait, and not enough people know that rule.

The mayor and Congressman are probably all safe from prosecution, the ICE officers would have to take their masks off and identify themselves to testify against them.

They operate with a mob mentality. Nameless and faceless they can do things that they know to be wrong.
