Today I climbed the apple tree, it happens to be the first trees I ever climbed and today I was back among the tangle of branches giving it a winter prune. Must be around forty five years between todays climb and my first. Old friend I know your bark and your bite.

Upcoming winter show in Duffield, Derbyshire.

During this residency i've been talking about what i describe as otherness found in landscape, which i touched and experienced after living outside for five years on the last project and something gleamed many time beforehand. David Lynch knows it.

Finishing the residency in Hampshire this week, along with the commission painting and poem from Mark Goodwin. In December I will be involved in the first iteration of Altaer space in Derbyshire.
