So far the Lingo #cgm has been pretty interesting. What I do with this data I'm not 100% sure. Any rice dish causes spikes but food like toast/ bread are not as bad. Fruit, almost 0 change.
I know a lot of this is common knowledge, it is interesting to see it happening in your body in real time.

OK to get started it says I need to like 10 posts to teach the algorithm what I like... but when I signed up I said I like animals and 99.999999% of the posts I see are just pictures of cats.
Its nice, but definitely not what I'm looking for most of the time for a social media experience haha

I’m testing the Lingo over the counter cgm. It’s been a pretty wild test to see how my body reacts to different meals.

I have zero idea what to do here or who’s even here? No way to find people I know.
