The House Intelligence Committee just wrapped its classified briefing on the drone situation in New Jersey.

The overwhelming consensus from members: there’s nothing nefarious going on in the skies there.

Most sightings appear to be manned aircraft, stars, etc., they say.

Sens. Gillibrand, Schumer, Kim and Booker are requesting a briefing on the mysterious recent drone activity over their states, cite national security concerns as the drones have lingered over reservoirs and military installations.

Brian Mast says he expects all Democrats to vote against the rule for the NDAA today, meaning nearly all House Republicans will need to support its passage.

At issue is an NDAA provision that would bar TRICARE from covering gender dysphoria procedures for minors.

New: Trump nominates Daniel Driscoll to serve as Secretary of the Army.

Driscoll is an Army veteran, friend and Yale Law classmate of J.D. Vance and unsuccessfully ran for Congress in 2020, losing to Madison Cawthorn in the North Carolina GOP primary.

Pentagon Press Secretary Pat Ryder tells reporters there have been military-to-military conversations between the U.S. and South Korea following President Yoon Suk Yeol's declaration of martial law.

The 28,500 U.S. troops stationed there have so far been unaffected, Ryder said.
